في الإسماعلية وقعت جريمة قتل ينأى لها الجبين بالرغم من كل المجازر والمحن التي يعيشها الإنسان ولكن المثير للجدل والاستغراب في تلك الجريمة –اقدام رب الاسرة على قتل زوجته واولاده الاثنين احدهما لم يدخل عامه الثامن والاخرى تلعب مع براعم تتطلع للحياة من واقع عمر ما زال يحبو في الحياة لاربع سنوات كما جاء في شهادة ميلادها ولكن القدر جعلها على طاولة الموت مع شقيقها ووالدتها والجاني والدها الشاب الذي يعمل في شركة نفط ---فلماذا اقدم على قتل اسرته بعد ان قام بعملية تخديرهم --- هنا تقع الدهشة فهل كان التخدير رحمة لهم ام له أم خوفا على ضميره من الاستيقاظ فيمنعه من ارتكاب المجزرة ام هو الخجل من رؤية الخوف والذعر في عيون عائلته أم ماذا ---الله أعلم فالقاتل ما زال هاربا من وجه العدالة والتحقيق لم ينتهي وكل ما وردنا من أخبار على صفحات الجرائد عبارة عن خطوط عريضة قد نقف عندها او نسافر من خلالها إلى متابعة الحياة للوقوف على كوارث أشد رهبة ولكن الملفت للنظر هنا اسلوب وصورة الجريمة الذي جعلني ابحث عن الدوافع وهي اساس كل جرم فالجريمة قوامها عائلة واحدة الجاني والمجني عليهم كتلة واحدة الاصل يقتل الفرع في ليلة سوداء ليلة كان لها العمر طويلا والصباح فيها مظلم دائم الظلام ---فتحت الجرائد ابوابها لتعلن الخبركالتالي --- هناك هاتف يعلو بصوته المتكرر هيا ايتها المرأة اخرجي من دارك لتدفني ابنتك واولادها –ومن الذي قتلهم --أنا صهرك –سكت الصوت وانقطع الكلام وران الصمت وانتشر الذعر على المرأة المسكينة وهي تتساءل هل يعقل ذلك –هل أعيش كابوسا ام لوثة ما أصابت ميزان عقلي ----انتهى الوقت وسارع رجال الامن ليجدوا غرفة الموت تحكي تفاصيل زيارة ملك الموت اليهم في لحظة لم يستعدوا لها فالرصاص كان قد انتشر في اجسادهم وهم مازالوا في فراشهم يحلمون بلعبة يأتي بها والدهم او بقبلة يزرعها على جبين كل واحد منهم ولكن قبلة الموت هي الاجمل والتي أختارها الوالد لهم -والسؤال الذي يطرح نفسه كيف يقدم اب على قتل عائلته وبالطبع هناك دوافع ولكن ما هي الاسباب –والاسباب عديدة قد تتعلق بشخص الجاني او المجني عليهم --والمجني عليهم هم فلذة كبده وزوجته فلنبتعد عن دراسة ظروف عائلته ولنحصر تحليلنا بما يتعلق بالجاني وطبعا هناك عوامل جسدية وفكرية واجتماعية ونفسية وعضوية واقتصادية تؤثر في حركة الشخص وتكوينه وتحديد معالمه ومفهومه الذاتي لكل شيء وبالرجوع الى صورة الجريمة نجد بان الجاني كان في كامل قواه العقلية لأنه خطط ورسم حركة القتل فهو مدرك لكل تصرف اقدم عليه من عملية التخدير الى الاتصال بوالدة زوجته وهروبه مما يؤكد بأنه كان في حالة وعي وتصميم مسبق لارتكاب الجريمة بدليل الخطوات التي اقدم عليها وبالتالي لم تكن وليدة اللحظة والا كان قد وقع في قبضة رجال الامن فالقاتل رسم طريق الخروج والهروب وهذا يدفعنا الى القول بأن قاتلنا كان في حالة عقلية صافية بعيدا عن المسكرات والمخدرات التي قد تكون سببا في ارتكاب بعض الجرائم وهي الجرائم الغير مقصودة وهذا غير متوفر في تلك الجريمة –فهل للاسباب الاقتصادية دور في هذه الجريمة نعم قد نجده اساسا في بعض الجرائم ولكن هنا غير متوفر لانه غير عاطل عن العمل ولقمة الحياة بأدنى مستوياتها متوفرة ثم ان الفقر والعوز يدفع بالشخص الى قتل عائلته وقتل نفسه للتخلص من حياة صعبة فيرحل الى العالم الآخر ظنا منه بأن الموت هو الشفاء –باب اغلق على احد الدوافع فلنفتح بابا اخر يتعلق بالحالة الاجتماعية ولنسأل عن علاقته بزوجته ولنحدد فواصلها بدقة فنجد بأنها انتجت ولدين ومهما كان الخلاف قائم بينهما فالطلاق حل ناجع لانهاء العلاقة الزوجية إلا إذاكان في حالة انتقام وحالة دفاع عن شرفه وهذا مبرر كاف لقتل زوجته واولاد يظن بأنهما من رجل اخر وهذا الأمر لن يؤكد الا بعد التحقيق والقبض عليه وهنا ينتهي الجدل وتنتهي الدهشة إلا اذا كان يعيش مرضا نفسيا لا يجزم به الا بالكشف الطبي ---- وبالتالي العقوبة الجزائية ستقرر وفق دراسة شاملة لكل الظروف والدوافع التي أدت الى وقوع هذه الجريمة في ارض وبلد اعتاد اهلها على جمال العلاقة ولكننا قد نجد في ارض الورود اعشاب صغيرة كبرت واصبحت طفيلية لانها عاشت بعيدا عن الحياة الصائبة وهي في الاصل مساقة الى التطفل ---هي الحياة متلونة متناقضة لا يمكن لاي ظاهرة ان تسبح في فراغ او من فراغ فلكل شيء دوافعه واسبابه التي تجعلنا نصرخ او نبكي او نضحك وستأتي الجرائد والحقيقة بدافع تلك الجريمة لنحدد موقفنا ومهما كانت الدوافع فجريمة القتل جريمة بشعة لا يرضى بها عقلم سليم او ضمير حي إلا بالحالات التي شرعها الله سبحانه وتعالى
